Easy Insight and PeopleVox Documentation

Once you have an Easy Insight account, you can create a connection to PeopleVox through the Connections page. Click on the PeopleVox connection. For this connection, you'll need to enter the following information:

• Region and Client ID can be found in the URL you use to access PeopleVox. For example, if your URL is https://qac.peoplevox.net/ABCABCABC, your Region is qac and your Client ID is ABCABCABC.
• Add the username and password to PeopleVox.

Once you've created the initial connection, you'll then to create specific connections to PeopleVox reports to load in the data from those systems. Go back to the Connections page and choose the 'PeopleVox Report' data source. Enter in the name of the report as found in PeopleVox and hit Create.

The report will be added as a child source under your initial PeopleVox data source. Once you refresh data on the source, it will load in the data from that report. You can define joins between multiple reports through Configuration -> Additional Sources or through customizing joins on a given report.
