We've added the Priority field to Pivotal Tracker, pulling in story priority based on how you have the stories ordered. This field is most useful when used as a sort order for your Story Name, for example--you can configure this through the field editor. Click on the ... next to the field name of Story Name in the report and choose Priority as the Sort field there.
